Good quality sleep, exercising, & eating more raw fruits and vegetables predicts better mental health and well-being in young adults, a study shows

A study published in Frontiers in Psychology surveyed over 1100 young adults in New Zealand and the United States. “Sleep quality, rather than sleep quantity, was the strongest predictor of mental health and well-being.”

These are 3 insights the study found in the young adults with high feelings of well-being:

  • Slept 8 hours per night.
  • 4.8 servings of raw fruit and vegetables per day
  • Exercise
