Our Nana Flakes are made from 100% dried banana and can be used to help relieve heartburn, stimulate appetite, and manage occasional diarrhea. It is rich in potassium, vitamins, and minerals. There are no added sugars, artificial colors, flavors, additives or preservatives. Psyllium, gluten, and wheat free.

You can use our Nana Flakes in a variety of cooking and baking recipes such as smoothies, yogurt, cereals. Try them in your baking recipes and use as icing, sauces, and dessert toppings. 1/4 cup of our Nana Flakes equals one whole banana.
Decrease Fat Intake: Use 1 tablespoon of Nana Flakes mix with 3 tablespoons of water in place of 1/2 cup butter or margarine. Use 2 tablespoons of Nana Flakes as a replacement for one egg.
Delicious Banana Icing: Add 1 tablespoon of Nana Flakes to 3 tablespoons of water. Great for muffins and cookies!
